In addition, Longines was pleased to be associated with Saturday’s FEI Dressage World CupTM Final, which was captured by German rider Isabell Werth on Weihegold OLD. On 7 April 2019, Steve Guerdat (CH) and Alamo brilliantly made the difference in the Longines FEI Jumping World CupTM Final at the Scandinavium Arena in Gothenburg. The winner’s compatriot Martin Fuchs riding Clooney 51 finished second ahead of Peder Fredricson (SWE) and Catch Me Not S. In its role of Official Timekeeper, Longines was proud to time the remarkable performances of these athletes during the whole 2018/2019 season leading up to the Final. The great winner, as well as the second and the third, were presented with elegant Longines timepieces from the hands of Matthieu Baumgartner, Vice President Marketing.

Over the weekend, Longines was also pleased to be associated with the FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final, which offered great moments of elegance and emotional sports achievements. The prestigious Title was claimed by Germany’s Isabell Werth on Weihegold OLD, who impressed by the precision of their performance. The podium was completed by Laura Graves (USA) on Verdades and Helen Langehanenberg (GER) on Damsey FRH.

Besides, this edition of the Finals was the perfect occasion for the spectators to discover the Official Watch of the event, a new model from the iconic HydroConquest collection, which combines technical excellence with a sporty silhouette and an elegant style. The brand added reimagined variations to this line in 2018 with timepieces that preserve the traditional style of diving watches, inspired by the unique requirements of the sport. The highlighted model in Gothenburg features a blue sunray dial completed by a highly technical and innovative ceramic bezel matching the colour of the dial.
