The third leg of the Longines Masters series, of which Longines is the Title Partner and Official Timekeeper, started off on Friday with the much-anticipated Longines Speed Challenge, in which the riders have to achieve the quickest time, knowing that a fault only leads to a two-second penalty instead of the usual four. On that evening, the brand had the pleasure to welcome its Friends of the Brand, French model Ilonat Smet, Canadian producer Alen Palander and Taiwanese actor and singer Marcus Chang, who had already joined Longines during the previous legs of this indoor series in Paris and Hong Kong, thus marking the conclusion of an exceptional journey across the continents.
